暗恋一个人时心如鹿撞，甚至很想不断与对方保持联络，但是行为千万别太激进，要不然就适得其反。
日本一名31岁男公务员爱上同部门的女同事，怎料他思念成狂，2个月内疯狂用手机应有程式(LINE)及打电话骚扰对方，在8、9月间共打了202次电话，及后更在脸书开设假帐户扮女市民，在网上投诉对方，女方忍受不了终向警方报案。
该名男子在日本滋贺县大津市役所内的儿童福利部工作。相关部门得悉事件后，即时处罚该名男子，停职3个月。他向警员作供时解释，自己因为得不到女同事的真正答覆，才失去理智做出这些烦人的行为，他又指事后已明白事件的严重性。
案件曝光后，网民忍不住炮轰该男子，“做这种事才停职3个月，当公务员果然很爽”。
