36家优秀房地产发展商在大马第一房地产网站的独家颁奖礼中载誉而归。
一年一度的iProperty卓越发展奖颁奖礼（iDEA）今年已来到第3届，这也是房地产界隆重的年度盛事，iProperty.com.my日前晚公布了36家得奖的房地产发展商名单。
这项盛会由关西涂料(Kansai Paint)赞助，当晚超过450家房地产发展商和业界专家参与其盛，关西漆料也是本届iDEA颁奖礼的官方指定漆料。TA Global公司(TA Global Berhad)是本年度颁奖礼的最大赢家，总共获得4项殊荣，包括旗下的旗舰项目Damansara Avenue获评选为年度房地产项目。

其它主要奖项得主包括马星集团(Mah Sing Group Berhad)和林木生集团(LBS Bina Group Berhad)。马星集团凭M Aruna项目拿下最佳有地房地产项目奖；林木生集团以LBS Alam Perdana项目荣获最佳城镇(500英亩以下)开发项目奖。这两组奖项分别表扬已竣工和未来房地产项目。
