消拯局接获货车失火投报前往灭火后，惊觉货车内载着棺木，而棺木里竟然还有遗体。

上述货车失火棺木被烧的罕见事故，是于今早9时许，发生在吉兰丹哥打峇鲁市区哥本苏丹路和斯里遮默浪路的十字路口交界处。

据了解，消拯局当时以为只是一场普通的货车失火案，不料在灭火后，才发现原来是棺材车，而棺木里还有遗体。遂小心将棺木移出来。

据了解，当时负责殡葬的人是从哥打峇鲁中央医院把遗体领出来之后，在半途下车复印文件，不料货车就突然起火。

初步了解，棺木内的遗体为伊斯兰党德密区村长张丽施的弟弟，张善荣（41岁）。

而事发时，死者的家属已在万捷县保利默暹庙的火化场等待遗体送去举殡。
