台湾立法院国民党团总召曾铭宗、台北市议员张斯纲、李明贤周五共同召开记者会，批评蔡政府一手推动反渗透法、抹红在野党、对中资喊打喊杀。
另一方面却任由国发基金转投资的台杉公司投资具有中资投资的生技公司，并指汉达生技公司也有中国资金。
据报道，曾铭宗质疑，蔡政府为何放任资金投资有争议的生技公司，要求蔡政府应出面说明。
国民党团总召曾铭宗质疑，2017年8月成立的台杉投资管理顾问股份有限公司，国发基金共有40%的股权，107年3月成立台杉生技股份有限公司，资本额50万元新台币，其后更成立台杉物联网基金（水牛1号），规模为新台币46亿元、台杉生技基金（水牛2号），规模为新台币59亿元。
曾铭宗批评，蔡政府搬走银行105亿到底做了什么投资？还是当作自己的小金库？呼吁相关人士应尽速出面说明。
