消拯人员进入山林搜寻失踨者，没想对方已徒步回到霹雳的家。
日前在甲州野新锐士水坝一带被报失踪的23岁原住民，原来已经徒步回霹雳的住家，估计的步行路程约296公里！
根据《大都会日报》报道，野新警区主任米斯巴尼表示，搜寻与拯救行动队是于本月8日接获通知，指该名德米雅（Temiar）族原住民青年，在当天下午6时，安全抵达霹雳宋溪的住家。
他说，这名青年是在本月5日开始被友人发现失踪，并在6日向消拯局投报。搜寻与拯救行动队共动用37人在水坝周围展开搜救工作，一直一无所获，不禁让人担心对方恐已凶多吉少。
他指出，据了解，该青年是取道过森林路段和大道，赤脚从马六甲走路回到宋溪。回到家时，身上没有受任何伤，只是赤脚，这名青年也并非第一次被报失踪。
本月6日甲州消拯局接获一宗有关原住民失踪的投报，失踨者是与友人前来马六甲当劳工，在水坝展开维修工程，惟本月5日在在水坝山森一带解决三急后，两人走失。
根据谷歌地图资料显示，锐士水坝与宋溪距离约296公里，如果采用南北大道，开车时间预计4小时21分钟，徒步则需要超过2天的时间。
