针对霹雳州政府购买官车的课题，霹州务大臣拿督斯里阿末法依沙强调，购买官车的资料确实是根据手中所有的资料而对外宣布，若当时给予的资料有误，他愿意道歉。
他是受询及霹州反对党领袖拿督沙拉尼于周三（28日）指希盟州议员在此课题上发表欺骗性的言论时，回应指这并不能被归纳为欺骗。财政部是在本月27日发布声明，表示未曾接获霹雳州政府要求豁免官车的进口税务申请，也不曾批准任何相关的税务豁免予霹雳州政府。
阿末法依沙是于周四为霹雳州草地保龄球大臣杯主持开幕后如此回应。
他表示，欺骗是建立于隐瞒所见的事物，但在此课题上，官员确实依据手上所得的资料来传达讯息，可能当中的讯息不准确，但绝不能被指为欺骗。
他说，旧的官车由于使用量非常大，州政府必须承担高企的维修费，而新官车可给予5年的保障，维修费也相对低廉，无形中也为州政府节省金钱，因此购买新官车是正确的决定。
