日前因轻度食物中毒而入院的首相夫人敦茜蒂哈斯玛医生已康复，惟未获准出院。
首相敦马哈迪医生说，他在回国后将直接前往太子阁医药中心探望茜蒂哈斯玛。
他说：“她（茜蒂哈斯玛）已康复，但仍留院。我回国后将去医院探望（茜蒂哈斯玛），已想念……已（结婚）60年。
“其他人结婚数年，结婚时办盛大宴会，邀请许多人出席，但在两年（已）离婚。”
他周三在越南结束官访之前，对大马媒体这么说。
敦茜蒂哈斯玛因轻度食物中毒，而在周一进入太子阁医药中心接受治疗。
首相办公厅发言人说，茜蒂哈斯玛感到不适，正在修养。
茜蒂哈斯玛原本陪同马哈迪官访越南，并参观越南国家音乐学院。
马哈迪于周三结束官访。
