胜利被拉面店店主起诉。
据香港苹果日报报道。韩国男团“BIGBANG”前成员胜利有份投资的夜店“Burning Sun”，自1月起爆出暴力、性侵等丑闻，随后又爆出他涉性招待海外投资商、贪污、勾结警方等嫌疑，胜利随即宣布退出演艺圈。目前胜利因涉嫌性招待、安排律师伪造文件、挪用“Burning Sun”公款等总共7宗罪遭检方调查。
胜利因爆出连串是非，连累其开设的连锁拉面店“神隐拉面”（Aori Ramen），虽然胜利已辞任理事职位，但拉面店却受到网友抵制。而根据今天韩媒报道，法律界人士透露，“神隐拉面”旗下15间分店的26名店主近日向首尔中央地方法院起诉胜利及现任老板，提出15亿韩币（约523万令吉）的索偿。之前已经有部分店主向“神隐拉面”的总公司索偿，当时胜利并没有被起诉，而此次则是胜利首次被拉面店的店主索偿。
