第5届2019年度Property Insight 房地产颁奖典礼（PIPDA）圆满举办，该奖项是为了表扬发展商行业项目的成就，当晚共颁发43个奖项给予卓越的发展商。
Armani Media 创始人兼董事经理拿督蔡祺健致词时表示：“从我们这方面来看，我们认为房地产市场正处于复苏的过程中，不能否认投资者存在信心危机，希望政府能够采取更多措施来推动市场购买效应。”
在当晚的颁奖典礼上，房屋及地方政府部副部长拿督拉惹卡马鲁巴哈林以及联邦直辖区部长卡立沙末也受邀出席盛宴，见证房地产行业所推出的项目带来的成就。
