KMKJ PORTAL RELEASES NAMES OF ACCIDENT VICTIMS IN JORDAN

KUALA LUMPUR, Jan 24 (Bernama) — The three Malaysian students who died in a road accident in Jordan yesterday morning (Jordanian time) were Fatin Iqmal Idziyani Che Aziz,Hana’ Azhar and Al Najiatun Nailah Mohd Safie,according to the official portal of the Kelantan Undergraduates Union in Jordan (KMKJ).
Fatin Iqmal Idziyani hailed from Kuala Lumpur,while Hana’ and Al Najiatun Nailah were from Kelantan,according to a report in the portal.
According to KMKJ,the names had been confirmed by the Mafraq Government Hospital in Jordan.
Meanwile,KMKJ said the two Malaysian students who survived in the accident were Izzam Hasif who was injured in the leg and fractured his hand,and Fatin Noor Syahirah who sustained face and jaw injuries.
The portal said the Malaysian embassy and Education Malaysia Jordan were still discussing with relatives of the victims whether they wished to bring back the remains of the victims or otherwise.

Earlier,the official Facebook website of Education Malaysia Jordan stated that all the students,who were travelling in a car,were believed to be heading for Mafraq to attend an outreach program.
Also travelling in the car was a Jordanian.
The accident was reported to have taken place in Ashrafiyeh,Province of Mafraq,Jordan.
